During our business hours, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., any of your incoming calls will be answered. We answer with your company name – personally, hospitable, also in English, take messages, orders, requests, etc. forward these to you or process them reliably according to your instructions.
Diverse your calls to our office in Leipzig, e.g., if you:
- do not want to be disturbed during a meeting,
- do not want to be disturbed while you are working,
- are on a business trip or on holidays.
Our switchboard answers your calls in your company name.
Therefore, your office will be staffed professionally and pleasantly during your absence. Our newly introduced EURO-ISDN telephone set enables us to transfer already answered calls elsewhere, e.g. to your cell phone, hotel or home office or, upon transfer to your switchboard, to your company’s different departments.
